primarily in the west metro. We are hiring experienced service and construction plumbers.

Job Responsibilities

 Install plumbing systems on new builds
 Remodel plumbing systems on retro jobs
 Diagnosis and repair failed plumbing

Qualifications / skills
 Communication skills
 Thorough knowledge and understanding of the MN plumbing code
 Cleanliness
 Ability to install systems with craftsmanship
 Pleasant to be around
 Have a team-oriented mindset
 Willingness to learn new products or processes
 Organized
 Accountable
 State of MN plumbing apprentice or journeyman’s card

Experience

 Three years or greater experience in residential plumbing

Office Manager

Job Description
Crimson Copper is a small plumbing company, up until now the owner/operator has run the office.

You will be responsible for the administrative operations. Improving, creating and managing systems to facilitate growth and organization. This is remote position with occasional trips to the shop for team meetings.

Job Responsibilities

 Support operations by maintaining office systems
 Payroll
 Management of employee benefits
 Customer relations
 Create schedule for field team
 Answer phone, schedule work from incoming calls
 Create systems, processes to improve efficiency and organization
 Track budget expenses and job costing
 Support construction projects by readying information, tracking progress and changes
 Invoicing

Qualifications / Skills
 Managing processes
 Set up and implement systems
 Communication skills

Experience
 High school diploma, GED or equivalent
 Two to three years’ experience in an office setting
 Proficient with office software
